OUR METHOD.
In a market situation in progressive expansion towards foreign countries, the Istituto di moda Burgo offers the opportunity to acquire and / or improve the technical, artistic and professional skills, thus improving one own professionalism, both in the corporate and private fields.
The teaching method adopted is at the forefront of modern active teaching and guarantees the achievement of a solid knowledge of the fashion sector.
The teachers, rigorously selected with care and highly qualified, are instructed in the use of the methodology and constantly updated.
TEXTS
The volume, which can be used both in tailoring and in industry, teaches how to create freehand; models. The book is mainly addressed to students of modeling schools, but thanks to the simple and clear language it can also be used by all tailoring enthusiasts. The edition is bilingual: Italian-English.
The volume contains the professional method "The fashion sketch" and illustrates an easy learning path that leads to the creation of the fashion sketch. Among the topics covered: color theory, tools and techniques, stylization, proportions, details (collars, sleeves, skirts, cuffs, insignia, buttons, shirts, buckles ...), history of costume (Egyptians, Persians, Romans, Byzantines , Renaissance, Romanticism, Belle Epoque, 30s, 80s, 90s etc.), stylists of the twentieth century. The volume is in Italian and English.
